I was born in Hawaii and raised in Virginia. After school I moved to NYC
to experience everything that great city has to offer. I met my husband and we moved to upstate NY. I began studying Tibetan Buddhism and found a place called home. We live here with our 3 dogs and 1 cat. We like to hike, antique, eat, laugh and generally enjoy this amazing countryside. Although I must admit I do miss the take out in NYC.

My photographs are all about the people I photograph; my curiousity about them, the connection I strive to have with them and the storylines that come from that connection. I want my subjects to be themselves, happy or sad, quiet or loud.
